Privacy Policy
Effective 29 October 2026
This policy explains what personal information Floka (“we”) collects when you use floka.ai and the Floka service at ledger.floka.ai, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Account information. When you sign in with Google or GitHub, we receive your email address, name, profile picture and the account identifier issued by that provider. When you sign in with an email code, we receive your email address.
- Team and device information. The teams you belong to, invitations you send or accept, and the computers you register with Floka.
- Security logs. Sign-in times, IP addresses and similar access records.
With Google sign-in we request only the openid, email and profile scopes. We do not access your Google Drive, Gmail, contacts or any other Google data.
How we use it
We use this information to sign you in, keep your account and its linked sign-in methods together, provide team features, send sign-in codes and team invitations, and protect the service from abuse.
Google user data
Floka’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Sharing
We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not use it for advertising or to train AI models. We share it only with service providers that run the service for us: Resend, which delivers our email, and the cloud providers that host our servers. They may use it only to provide those services.
Retention and deletion
We keep your information for as long as your account exists. To delete your account and its data, email hello@floka.ai; we complete deletion within 30 days. You can also revoke Floka’s access at any time from your Google or GitHub account settings.
Security
All traffic is encrypted with HTTPS, and access to personal information is limited to what is needed to operate and secure the service.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update this page and its effective date.
