Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of floka.ai and the Floka service at ledger.floka.ai (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to them.
The Service
Floka coordinates AI coding assistants that run on your own computers: it tracks tasks, reviews and merges, and shows progress to your team. The Service is in early access. Features may change, and it may be unavailable from time to time.
Your account
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in methods secure. Tell us promptly at hello@floka.ai if you believe your account has been compromised. Team owners are responsible for who they invite and the access they grant.
Your content and tools
Your code, repositories and other content remain yours. The AI assistants, model subscriptions, code hosting and other third-party services you connect are used under their own terms, and you are responsible for complying with them. You grant us only the permissions needed to operate the Service for you.
Acceptable use
Do not use the Service to break the law, to access systems or data without permission, to interfere with the Service or other users, or to try to get around its security or usage limits.
Early access and fees
Early access is currently free of charge. If we introduce paid plans, we will tell you in advance, and you will not be charged unless you choose a paid plan.
Suspension and termination
You can stop using the Service and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms or put the Service or other users at risk.
Disclaimer and liability
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. Changes produced or merged with the help of AI assistants should be reviewed by you before you rely on them. To the extent permitted by law, Floka is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data, code or profits, arising from your use of the Service.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we will notify you before it takes effect; continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the updated terms.
